• I have contacted the Town of Hyde Park re: Hyde Park Community Day, Saturday Sept 6 2008 for demo space. Diane will send me a registration packet when packets are ready. She sounded highly interested in having us come and show off what we do.

I have extended an invitation, through Geoffrey and Emma, to the good folks in Nordenhal to join us then, and will invite Coill Tuar as well.

“... the Kingdom is replacing the old EK Pennsic Gates for a period style Henry VIII Pavilion. I will be painting the East Kingdom Arms onto the middle part of the Pavilion. In addition, there will be opportunity for all local groups (Baronies, Shires, Cantons, etc) and East Kingdom households to make a donation to the Kingdom of $100 to have their Arms painted onto one of the dags of the Pavilion.”

Would the Shire like to donate, and have our arms painted on the pavillion?

• If anyone is going to Acorns and Pearls, the Putnam Bridge will be closed for repairs this weekend. The note on the seneschals list mentioned corrected directions; if anyone needs them, let me know.
